By shopping at Lightishshop.dk, you accept the following terms and conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you read the terms carefully before making a purchase with us. We also reserve the right to change and update the content of our terms of trade.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

All products on Lightishshop.dk include VAT and other taxes. All prices are in Danish Kroner. For purchases to countries outside the EU, Danish VAT is deducted.

PAYMENT

The following payment methods are accepted: Dankort, Visa/dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, MobilePay, and regular bank transfer. When paying by bank transfer, you are not covered by the objection scheme. There are no fees charged to the customer for any transactions on Lightishshop.dk. Payment is deducted when we dispatch your item.

At Lightishshop.dk, we use the NETS payment system. All card information is securely sent and encrypted to NETS, and it is not possible to withdraw more money than the customer has approved. We use 3D Secure to ensure extra security.

DELIVERY

We use GLS and PostNord for parcel delivery. It is possible to choose delivery directly to your address or to a pickup point you select through either GLS or PostNord. Delivery typically occurs within three days, unless otherwise stated. However, we disclaim responsibility for delays or errors from the shipping company. We will send you an email with a tracking number for your shipment as soon as your order is packed. This way, you can always track the progress of your package. Price is 49 DKK for delivery to a pickup point and 68 DKK to your address. However, all deliveries are free for purchases over 699 DKK.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards can be used to purchase our lamps or accessories. The gift card is not personalized with a name, so it is possible to give it to others. All purchased gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. If the purchase of a gift card is regretted, it, like all our other items, can be returned to us within 100 days. Gift cards awarded as prizes from, for example, competitions must be redeemed within six months. None of the gift cards can be redeemed for cash.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a 100-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us, during which you can get your money back for your purchase by withdrawing within 14 days. From day 14 up to 100 days, you can receive a credit note or exchange for another item.

The withdrawal period expires 100 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 100 days from receipt to notify us that you want to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to info@lightishshop.com or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot withdraw the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us, nor can you withdraw the purchase by not picking up your package at the pick-up point.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items. Therefore, it is not possible to return an item that is custom-made upon ordering.

Withdrawal of part of the purchase

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive the shipping costs back if you withdraw part of your purchase.

RETURN

Once you have notified us that you want to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

You must pay for the return shipping, and you are responsible if the item is damaged during transport.

Condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.

Inadequate packaging may result in damage during transport, which may mean that you may not get your money back. So please be careful – for both your and our sake. Feel free to contact us if you need help, guidance, or questions about transportation.

REFUND OF PURCHASE AMOUNT

If you regret your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.

We refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you provide us with documentation that you have returned it.

You can also withdraw your purchase by notifying us and delivering it personally to the above address, by prior arrangement.

WARRANTY

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply to your purchase. This means that you have a warranty for 24 months. Contact us before returning the item.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. Therefore, the warranty does not apply to errors, damage, or wear and tear caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

You must make your complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you make your complaint within two months of discovering the error, the complaint will always be timely.

Packages sent cash on delivery are not accepted.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us by email (info@lightishshop.com). If we fail to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to:
